Our first attempt at rolling our own Sushi. It was actually really good & not too hard. We just should have invited some friends over because we made way too much. Yummy!

Some photos from our riverboat dinner cruise along the Mississippi! There were great musicians aboard that wished Erich a Happy Birthday.

This is a picture of them building the arch level by level. Also, a view from the top!

We rode to the top in these little pods. I think it took about 5 minutes to get up & 3 to get down. It was a very tight fit, but the view at the top was worth it!

The arch was amazing. That's Erich standing next to it-gives you perspective on the size of it!

St. Louis for Erich's Birthday!

Since Erich turned 25 this fall I decided to treat him to a weekend in which he could relive some of his youthful years. The result....we realized our aging bodies were not as equipped to handle all of the spinning and head banging. My goal was to hit all of the rides, but by the end Erich chose to pass on the last few. : ) Our very first ride of the day was Mr. Freeze...probably the scariest ride in the park but it's over in about 30 seconds. I was unaware of what ride we were going on when we entered the mouth of the friendly man with the ice cream hat....

I needed a more mellow ride after that so we hung out with the kids on the scooby ride!
