Greetings Family and Friends!
After feeling the pressure of staying in touch with everyone amidst busy school schedules, the holidays, and endless wedding planning, I thought one solution would be to start a blog. I know Matt and Ashley's blog has been very successful and a great way to stay updated with them even when schedules don't match up. Also, I am at my computer almost all day so it is a more convenient way for me to stay in touch.
I apologize for those of you that I owe phone calls to (I think it includes everyone-grandparents, parents, in-laws, Ashley, Leslie, Sara, Jamie, Carly, Tricia, Aunts, etc.) This is no joke that I haven't returned all of your calls...As you can see this is a lot of people to call back and when I have 5 spare minutes in a day I don't even know where to begin....in that case Erich usually receives the call (and even he would argue we don't talk enough.) I don't want to seem rude or that I don't care because I think about all of you often, I just need more hours in the day! Especially since this semester is winding down and they're cramming in as many tests as they can.
So let me start with a quick update:
My trip to Fort Walton Beach to visit Erich was fantastic. We had beautiful weather, a great Thanksgiving dinner, and it was the most amazing thing to spend time together again. As soon as he gets home with the camera equipment I will post some pictures! Erich returns to snowy Iowa on December 14th!! Can't wait! I finish this semester on December 19th.
I have a test in Medical Ethics and Cell & Tissue Biology next week, and the following week I have a practical exam in my OMM (Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine) class, an Immunology exam, and one more Anatomy exam. Then I am free!!! (for a couple weeks at least.)
If anyone is interested in learning about my OMM and perhaps having some treatments done I have my new table and I would love to practice over break! (don't worry it is completely safe, pain free, and it might feel really good, in fact.) I am just beginning so they haven't taught us any dramatic treatments yet.
I look forward to talking to/seeing everyone soon and I will expand more on my life in this blog later!
Don't fret, I will get back to all of you by New Year's...I promise. And this blog may be a jump start to a New Year's Resolution (to Keep in Touch!) LOVE YOU ALL!
